If the published post or link insertion is not indexed by Google within the agreed delivery window, our automated checker issues a full refund of your escrow deposit immediately.
Publisher SLA Timeout
If a publisher fails to review, accept, or publish your article within their specified turnaround timeframe (typically 48–72h), you can cancel for an instant full refund.
Editorial Guideline Non-Compliance
If the publisher places incorrect anchor text, alters the target URL, or changes the editorial context without permission, our dispute team mediates and issues a refund if uncorrected.
Mutual Cancellation Before Publication
If you or the publisher agree to cancel the order before the article is live on the domain, escrow funds return to your wallet balance instantly.
1. How Refund Processing Works
When a refund is approved or triggered automatically, the full amount is immediately credited back to your Buylinka Wallet Balance. From your wallet, you can either allocate the funds toward another publisher order instantly or request a payout back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
2. Timeline for Financial Return
Wallet refunds are instant (0 seconds). If you request a withdrawal back to your credit card or bank account, bank processing timelines typically take 2 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Once a guest post or link insertion has been verified live, confirmed indexed by Google, and the delivery is finalized without active disputes, the order is complete and funds are disbursed to the publisher. Completed orders cannot be refunded unless a publisher subsequently violates our permanent DoFollow retention agreement.
