Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, depositing funds, or listing website properties on Buylinka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of the Marketplace

Buylinka operates an institutional two-sided marketplace facilitating editorial guest post publishing and contextual link insertions between independent website publishers (“Publishers”) and digital advertisers or agencies (“Advertisers”). Buylinka provides discovery, escrow payment protection, automated link indexation monitoring, and dispute mediation.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Advertisers agree to provide accurate target URLs, legitimate anchor texts, and content briefs that comply with legal standards.
• Target URLs must not lead to phishing, malware, illicit substances, predatory financial schemes, or defamatory content.
• Order placement requires depositing the full order price into the Buylinka Escrow Vault. Funds remain in escrow until verified delivery.

4. Publisher Responsibilities & DoFollow SLA

• Publishers agree to maintain ownership or verified editorial authority over any listed website domain.
• All links placed must be permanent, DoFollow, and indexable by search engine crawlers (no "nofollow", "sponsored", or "noindex" tags unless explicitly agreed).
• Orders must be fulfilled within the publisher’s stated turnaround SLA (typically 48 to 72 hours).
• Deliberately removing, modifying, or archiving a published sponsored post after escrow payout violates our terms and will result in publisher account termination and forfeiture of wallet funds.

5. Escrow Payment & Release Protocol

All transactions on Buylinka utilize our 256-bit Escrow Vault:

• Deposit: When an Advertiser orders a guest post or link insertion, funds are deducted from their wallet into escrow.
• Verification: Upon submission of the live URL by the Publisher, our automated crawler verifies that the backlink is present, DoFollow, and indexed in Google search results.
• Release: Once indexation is confirmed or the Advertiser approves the delivery, escrow funds are automatically credited to the Publisher’s wallet.
• Refund: If the Publisher fails to deliver within their SLA or the link fails indexing verification, 100% of the escrow funds are automatically refunded to the Advertiser’s balance.

6. Dispute Mediation & Revisions

Advertisers may request reasonable revisions via the in-app chat if the publisher fails to follow the submitted brief. If parties cannot reach a mutual agreement, either party may open a formal Dispute. Buylinka moderators review the order history, submitted drafts, and live URL to issue a binding determination (order completion or full refund).

7. Prohibited Practices & Blacklisting

Users may not operate Private Blog Networks (PBNs), generate fraudulent automated traffic, or attempt off-platform circumvention. Buylinka utilizes automated device fingerprinting and fraud detection to permanently ban bad actors.
